As part of the enriching process of visiting over 70 countries, I’ve learned to listen. To listen with my whole Self and not just with my ears and my brain.

Listening with attention implies Presence and Gratitude. Presence to be there, with the other, with the others; and Gratitude to give oneself as a gift to the process of listening itself looking for nothing in return.
Listening consciously to people - individuals or groups -, to systems, to teams, to organizations, to the whole, allows us to intervene a world that then we can observe.
If you are constantly facing team, organizational or personal problems, I may be of some help; I deliver listening sessions (individual or for groups) to capture what is behind the words and behaviors and help you move forward.
If learning a more powerful way of listening is what you are interested in, do not think twice; listen to yourself saying: “Yes! this is what I’ve been looking for!” and drop me a mail since I can also help you (and your people) develop the skills of listening at a higher level.
Here you can find some posts on listening work I’ve been done lately as well as some other funky stuff about listening I use in my role as LISTENer.
