It is so easy to see it now that I keep myself sober. It is so easy to see that I was using alcohol to run away from facing some parts of my existence that I was not happy with.
It seems unbelievable for me, but today it has been officially 4 months since the last time I got drunk!
What have I drank since then?
- A sip of white wine with sparkling water in Vienna, just a sip, I left the glass on the table;
- 5 shoots of Porto wine and some beers, slowly, enjoying them, without getting drunk or tipsy, during MBS in July;
- Nothing else, at all! (that I remember…)
Could I drink something if I want to?
Yes, I could, but I do not feel like it at all for the moment, I have discovered something new, something I cannot express, something that I can only feel in the absence of alcohol.
